Lately I've been seeing some commercials about an City/State called Piedmont. I'm still scraching my head, though I went to the site today and read another entry, I'm still trying to figure out what happened. The commercials that I've seen were somewhat disturbing.

Pigeons attacking a woman on what I think was a dock, she was lying on her back shielding her face with her arms.
Blood I think either spilling into what looked like a river or it was coming to the surface.
A man revving up a chainsaw while standing in a convient store.
A dog walking in the street that had dead people lying on it.
